Total Care Family Center – Pain Management, Joint Health & Wound Care
A Surgical Family Nurse Practitioner, Fariba Brady, FNP, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, bringing over 30 years of medical experience to her practice. Her extensive career began as an RN, which led her to complete national certifications in Wound, Ostomy, and Incontinence. Her proven leadership includes opening an Ostomy Clinic for a major hospital and, after moving to Colorado, running a surgical wound center for a major urgent care facility.
At Total Care Family Center, Fariba provides comprehensive “whole person” care, often eliminating the need for outside referrals. She is nationally trained in a vast range of specialties, including Primary Care, Pressure Point Injections, Pain Management, Joint Injections, Podiatry, Dermatology, Incontinence, and Ostomy. Her expertise also covers Hormone Therapy, Weight Loss, Vitamin Therapy, Nutrition, and Diabetic Therapy. Due to her in-depth knowledge, she is frequently consulted by other practitioners for complex wound cases.
Fariba is driven by a deep passion and commitment to heal all ailments, not just “apply some band-aid over the symptoms”. Her mission is to make a person whole, which she believes is the key to a long, happy life. She continually educates herself on new medical procedures and alternative treatments to provide expert care for patients at every stage of life, from newborns to complicated elderly individuals.
Genesis® Regenerative Protein Arrays
Genesis® Regenerative Protein Array (RPA) is a sophisticated regenerative option that stands as a generation beyond conventional therapies such as exosomes and PRP. It is estimated to be up to 1,000 times more potent than Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), a factor attributed to its comprehensive array of over 80 different cytokines, growth factors, and miRNA.
This advanced formulation is designed to harness the body’s own intelligence. It works by leveraging paracrine signaling—delivering a complex cocktail of bioactive molecules that send signals to the body’s own cells. The goal is to “reprogram” the local environment of damaged tissues, activating and orchestrating the patient’s own innate healing capabilities.
A primary advantage of RPA therapy is its “Acellular by Design” safety profile. As an acellular product, it is devoid of any DNA or whole cells, offering the power of regenerative signaling without the risks associated with live-cell therapies. To ensure the highest standards of quality, the product is ethically sourced from placentas donated after healthy, scheduled c-sections and is produced in FDA-registered facilities.
