360 Degrees of Health – Integrated Solutions for Musculoskeletal, Autoimmune, and Metabolic Wellness

Heidi Arens, FNP, IFMCP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner at 360 Degrees of Health. Her clinical foundation was established over 11 years as a Registered Nurse in acute care cardiology across nine different hospitals. In these high-pressure environments, she managed complex cases involving heart failure, stroke, and severe metabolic dysfunction. This extensive experience in crisis medicine provided her with a deep understanding of the physiological demands of the human body and the critical importance of effective clinical outcomes.

While her hospital career focused on life-saving treatments for emergencies, Heidi identified a significant gap in the healthcare system’s ability to prevent chronic disease or address the biological root causes of illness. This led her to shift her focus toward functional and restorative medicine, where she now specializes in restoring physiological balance rather than simply managing symptoms. Her practice provides targeted support for musculoskeletal conditions, autoimmune dysfunction, and endocrine health, while addressing the complex interactions within the GI and neurological systems to promote anti-aging and long-term vitality.

At 360 Degrees of Health, Heidi utilizes a comprehensive clinical toolkit to help patients redirect their health trajectory. By evaluating lifestyle, environmental factors, and cellular health, she develops personalized strategies that facilitate sustainable recovery. Her mission is to provide patients with the guidance and advanced tools necessary to move beyond chronic illness and achieve a state of vibrant, functional health.

Genesis® Regenerative Protein Arrays

Heidi Arens incorporates the Genesis® Regenerative Protein Array (RPA) into her clinical protocols as a sophisticated tool for advanced tissue support. RPA is recognized as a “generation beyond” older modalities such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) or stem cell treatments. It is an acellular product, meaning it contains no whole cells or DNA. This design is a significant safety advantage, as it reduces cellular risks and the potential for inflammatory spikes or adverse immune responses, providing a highly refined option for restorative care.

The biological function of RPA is driven by paracrine signaling—a process where a complex network of bioactive molecules delivers instructions to the patient’s own cells to coordinate a healing response.

Each array contains a concentrated selection of over 80 signaling molecules, including cytokines, growth factors, and miRNA. Because of the density and diversity of these regenerative factors, RPA is estimated to be up to 1,000 times more potent than PRP. Rather than introducing foreign biological material, the array provides a biochemical “blueprint” designed to reprogram the local environment of damaged tissues and activate the body’s innate regenerative capabilities.
