Phone and email are briefly read back for your spoken confirmation; speech recognition can make mistakes, so please correct anything inaccurate.<\/p>\n<p>Captured intake stays with the call for up to 24 hours. Once you confirm a contact method and give the team permission to contact you, the confirmed contact details and general case overview are saved as a separate callback inquiry for follow-up. You can decline or withdraw contact permission by telling Jenny. The optional typing form is available if you prefer it; it is not required. No callback time or appointment is guaranteed. Her portrait depicts a fictional character, not a firm employee. Starting \u201cTalk to Jenny\u201d requests microphone access and begins a hands-free call. By starting, you agree to your browser processing your voice, AI providers processing your messages and generating spoken replies, and the email sharing described below. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information.<\/p>\n<p>Full call transcripts are stored for up to 24 hours. Summaries stay with the call record for that period and, if you submit callback details, also with the separate inquiry described above. The end-of-call delete action removes the call, any callback inquiry, summary, and associated cached clips. Interrupted responses may include unspoken text and are marked accordingly. Spoken progress is estimated from playback timing, so summaries may use an approximate heard portion.<\/p>\n<p>Listening and page read-aloud use your browser\u2019s speech features; its provider may process audio. The receptionist\u2019s spoken replies are generated by ElevenLabs, which processes response text under its own privacy terms and the configured account settings. Generated reply clips are cached in the website\u2019s database for up to 10 minutes. The website does not store recordings of your microphone audio.<\/p>\n<p>You can mute the microphone, switch to typing, or end the call at any time. Closing the call window stops playback and microphone use. Calls end after two minutes without activity or after 15 minutes total.<\/p>\n<h3>Call summary &amp; transcript emails<\/h3>\n<p data-testid=\"privacy-call-emails\">When SendGrid is configured, each completed call\u2019s summary, full transcript and any saved callback details are sent via SendGrid to the firm\u2019s designated practice inbox. Personal injury, estate planning, employment law, bankruptcy, and property law enquiries go to info@joslg.com; criminal defense goes to jcl@joscriminallaw.com; immigration goes to jil@josimmigration.com; family and general enquiries go to info@stratavaglobal.com. Call emails do not require a calendar connection. Calls started under this notice can wait for email connection until the website record expires (up to 24 hours); older calls without email consent are not sent. If a summary cannot be generated, the email includes the full transcript with an explicit summary-unavailable notice. SendGrid processes this information to send the email; its acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-testid=\"privacy-email-retention\">Deleting your call cancels email that has not yet been submitted. It cannot recall email already submitted or remove copies from the firm\u2019s inbox, SendGrid, or their backups. Email copies may be kept longer than the website\u2019s 24-hour transcript period.
