Our founder and medical director, Susan Tan, MD, is double board-certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. There is a particular kind of woman who sits across from me in consultation. She has built something — a career, a family, a life she’s proud of — and she is not looking to erase any of it. She wants to look like herself again: rested, restored, and quietly confident, without a single person wondering why.

That is the work I have built my entire practice around.

Philosophy

I believe the most successful outcome is the one no one can quite identify — they simply notice you look well. My approach is rooted in facial anatomy and structure, not trend or transformation. Every plan I build is designed to restore harmony to a face, not alter its character. Refreshed, never different. That distinction guides every recommendation I make.

Training & Expertise

I am double board-certified, including certification by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with specialized training in deep plane facelift and neck lift, rhinoplasty, and facial balancing. My surgical training was completed at the University of Toronto, one of the most rigorous and highly respected programs in facial plastic surgery, and continued through hospital-based surgical appointments that shaped the precision and safety standards I hold myself to today.

I approach every case as its own anatomy, its own history, and its own goals — never a template.
